About the Role

At Alpha Group, you’ll:

  • Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop growth strategies for pioneering new markets and competitive opportunities.
  • Build a robust and accurate revenue pipeline and forecasting.
  • Build a cohesive short, medium and long term revenue strategy that encompasses marketing; sales; product/service and customer success teams.
  • Deliver on sustainable growth of the business by increasing revenue year on year.
  • Work with marketing, sales, pricing, customer support and revenue management departments to ensure that revenue-related functions are operating efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build a revenue plan across medium and large enterprises to sell SaaS  and complex IT solutions. 
  • Build and manage sales and BD  teams. 
  • Use your deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, native advertising and the latest. trends in digital advertising to build a robust sales and marketing strategy.
  • Lead change and take others with you.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of passion and energy whilst maintaining a positive outlook.

Job Requirements

About You

  • BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent management experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Professional experience with selling IT and SaaS solutions with particular expertise working across PeopleSoft finance modules and other ERPs. 
  • Experience of revenue ownership with a successful track record of success and demonstrable business expansion and growth.
  • Thorough understanding of a wide range of ERPs and accounting solutions and strong ability with data analytics.
  • Deep relationships with CFO/and Accounting heads of medium to large enterprises and channel partners.
  • Fluent in English.
