Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior UI/UX Developer witha minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidateshould have a strong hands-on approach, the ability to work on multiple projectsacross IT and enterprise applications, and expertise in mobile app design andFigma designs. This role will be crucial in designing and developing userinterfaces for our clients' projects, ensuring an exceptional user experienceacross all digital plaUorms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-func=onal teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions that align with project requirements and objectives.

• Design and develop high-quality user interfaces for mobile and webapplica=ons, focusing on responsive and adaptive designs.

• Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and cohesionacross all projects

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicatedesign ideas and concepts

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and optimizeuser experiences.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensurethe delivery of cuting-edge UI/UX designs

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designsinto existing systems and plaUorms.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

• Con=nuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback and performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer, working on a diverse range ofprojects.

• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, andIllustrator.

• Strong porUolio showcasing excep=onal UI/UX design skills and a keen eyefor detail.

• Expertese in mobile app design, with a deep understanding of iOS and Android design.

• Guidelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to presentand defend.

• Design decisions to stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is aplus.
