Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to joinour team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating and executingmarketing campaigns, designing digital collateral, and producing digital videos.They should also have experience using Figma and establishing partnershipsacross the ecosystem. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness,engagement, and lead generation for our company and client

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute digital marke0ng strategies to meet company objec0ves,including increasing brand awareness, lead genera0on, and customer acquisi0on.

2. Design and create digital collateral, such as banners, landing pages, emailtemplates, and social media graphics, using Figma and other design tools

3. Produce engaging digital videos for promo0onal and educa0onal purposes,ensuring high- quality content that aligns with the company's brand iden0ty.

4. U0lize various marke0ng channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, emailmarke0ng, and content marke0ng, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.

5. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marke0ngcampaigns, using data- driven insights to op0mize and refine strategies.

6. Collaborate with cross-func0onal teams, including design, development, andsales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing ini0a0ves.

7. Establish and maintain partnerships with industry influencers, affiliates, andother strategic partners to expand the company's reach and influence.

8. Stay current with industry trends, best prac0ces, and emerging technologies,applying this knowledge to inform and improve digital marke0ng strategies.

9. Manage mul0ple projects simultaneously, ensuring 0mely comple0on andadherence to established budgets.

10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

As an early employee, you'll be working with a small team of committed andtalented engineers and having a large, long-term impact on technical design andengineering culture

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marke0ng, Communica0ons, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in digital marke0ng, with a strong track record of success in execu0ng marketing campaigns and producing digital collateral.

3. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Proven experience crea0ng engaging digital videos for various placorms,including social media and YouTube

5. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO,SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effec0vely with cross-func0onal teams and establish partnerships.

7. Proven ability to manage mul0ple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

8. Strong analy0cal skills, with experience in monitoring, analyzing, and repor0ngon marketing campaign performance.

9. Familiarity with marke0ng automa0on tools and placorms is a plus.
